Exchange Policy
PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?
You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at care@nawabii.in mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
We will arrange pick-up for the product delivered to you and you'll get a fresh piece made in the new required size/color and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
